When and where is the event?
The Unapologetically Me is October 6- 10, 2025 at The Barceló Aruba Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba.
The Retreat begins with a Welcome Reception on Monday, October 6th at 6:00 pm and concludes on Friday, October 10th at 12:00 pm (checkout). A detailed itinerary will be made available to event participants closer to the event.

Is this hotel all-inclusive?
The Barceló Aruba Hotel is an all-inclusive hotel where guests can enjoy food, beverages, entertainment programs, activities, and on-site facilities without worrying about a thing.

What airport is near The Resort?
The Barceló Aruba Hotel is about 11 kilometers from Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) The drive from the airport to the hotel takes about 15–18 minutes

Is Ground Transportation from the airport to the hotel included?
Of course. We have EVERYTHING arranged for you once you land in Aruba

Can I get a refund if I don’t attend?
With travel insurance, you are eligible to receive a refund via the process indicated in your travel insurance documents. We cannot issue cash refunds for payments, but you can reach out to your travel insurance provider to discuss your options if your travel plans change.
